So the question is "what on earth took me so long?" With my never ending love of all food Mexican, I just don't have a good answer. Maybe it is due to the fact that I have never actually written down a recipe for any of my Mexican dishes. I have used a packaged taco seasoning maybe twice in my lifetime. My preferred method is standing over the stove with the spice cabinet open, shaking spice jars into the mix until it is just right. That ended yesterday!
Add a couple tablespoons of this blend to your choice of cooked meat. Whether it be ground beef, shredded beef, pork, chicken...it's all good! This blend contains no additives or preservatives, no corn starch, no sugar, just pure flavor!
Mexican night just got a whole lot easier in this household, that's for sure.
